Shipping Policy

We can dispatch products through the following Shipping services:

b. Registered Air Parcel
c. Surface Air Lifted (SAL)
d. Sea Mail
e. Courier Services

a. Speed Post: International speed posts are trackable from point to point. Here the sender gets a delivery notification and the average time to deliver across the globe is between 8 to 10 working days.

b. Registered Air Parcel: Cheaper than Speed Post. Tracking number is not provided. The average time to deliver across the globe is between 10 to 15 working days.

c. Surface Air Lifted (SAL): This service is faster than sea mail yet cheaper than air mail - an ideal combination of air and surface transport for quick and economical deliveries. Tracking number is not provided. The average time to deliver across the globe is between 15 to 20 working days.

d. Sea Mail: This is a  lowest cost international mailing option. Its an ideal service for heavier items when speed is not important. Tracking number is not provided.

e. Courier Services: Tracking number is provided. The international courier services offer various options for international parcel movement with varying delivery time and customer support. The charges are higher as compared to all other earlier options.

Please Note:

1. For the shipping modes that do not provide a tracking number, we will send you a scanned receipt(s) of the dispatch.
2. If you have an existing account with any courier company, we can send your items through your account.
3. We ship the items within 8 working days after the payment is received/realized.
4. For bulk purchases, the delivery time is worked out and is intimated beforehand to the customers.
