You may request a replacement for your purchase for either of the following two reasons:

- The item received is defective (including damaged in transit)
How to return an item:
Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box. Ship the package to us. Send us an email providing the shipping details and the details about the item(s)/part(s). You will need a receipt as proof you shipped the package in the event the package is lost.
